Thank you for reading Terms&Conditions ("Terms"), they are here to make sure everyone has a fun, fair, and safe experience while protecting our game, players, and community. By playing our game, you agree to follow these rules—so please read them carefully!

1. Your Account & Playing Fair

You must be old enough to play our game based on your country’s rules (usually 13+). If you're underage, get permission from a parent or guardian.
Keep your account secure—you are responsible for anything that happens on it. If someone else uses your account, that’s on you.
No cheating, hacking, exploiting, or using bots. We design our games to be cheat-proof, but we will ban accounts that attempt to break the rules.
No selling, buying, or sharing accounts. Your account is yours only—trading or selling accounts is not allowed.

2. Virtual Goods (In-Game Purchases & Refunds)

All in-game purchases are final. We do not offer refunds unless required by law.
Virtual goods (like in-game currency, skins, or upgrades) have no real-world value and cannot be sold or traded outside the game.
If you make a purchase through fraudulent means (e.g., chargebacks or stolen credit cards), we may suspend or terminate your account.

3. Community Rules (Be a Decent Human)

We want our games to be a fun, safe, and respectful place for everyone. By playing, you agree:

Be respectful - no harassment, hate speech, or toxic behavior.
No scamming - don’t trick or deceive other players.
No impersonating staff - only official team members represent us.
No spamming—keep chats and forums clean.
Breaking these rules may result in warnings, suspensions, or even permanent bans.

4. Game Updates & Changes

We constantly update and improve our game. This means:

We may add, change, or remove features at any time to make the game better.
We can reset progress, balance stats, or adjust items if needed.
We may shut down the game or servers in the future if necessary (but we’ll try to give advance notice).

5. No Warranties (We Provide the Game "As Is")

We do our best to make our games fun and stable, but we can’t guarantee it will always work perfectly.

We don’t promise that the game will be 100% bug-free, always online, or work on every device.
We are not responsible for lost progress, account bans due to rule violations, or in-game losses.

You play at your own risk—we are not liable for any damages, losses, or issues caused by the game.

6. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

You break these Terms (cheating, scamming, harassment, etc.).
You violate community guidelines or disrupt the game.
You abuse the system (fraud, refunds, chargebacks).
We are legally required to do so.

We decide what actions to take based on the situation, and we are not obligated to provide refunds or compensation for banned accounts.

7. Limiting Our Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law:

We are not responsible for indirect losses, data loss, or any damage from using our game.
If you have an issue with the game, your only option is to stop playing.
Our total liability is always limited to what you paid for in-game purchases (if anything).

Some countries may not allow certain limitations of liability—if that applies to you, the rules may be slightly different.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make big changes, we’ll notify you. By continuing to play, you accept the new Terms.
